What this site collects

• When you join the beta list: your email address, your answer to "What do you make?" if you gave one, and which page you signed up on.
• This site sets no cookies.

Where it goes

• The beta list is kept in Loops, an email service. Loops stores your address so we can send you the email.
• The site is hosted by Vercel.
• We don't sell or share your address with anyone else.

What we send

• One email, when the Windows beta is ready to download. No newsletter.

How to leave the list

• Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email, or reply to it and ask. We delete your address from the list.

The Field Notes app

• No account to make. Your notes are files in a folder on your PC.
• No usage tracking.
• AI features are optional and run on your PC.
• The app goes online only when you ask it to, such as saving a web page or sending a draft to Substack.
